1. Do I need to be 50+ years of age to purchase a villa at Bribie Pines Island Village?
Yes. Any person 50 years of age and older is eligible to purchase a village at Bribie Pines Island Village. You must also reside in the villa on a permanent basis.


2. Can my guests visit and stay with me at my villa?
Of course. However guests can not reside with you at your villa on a long term basis.


3. Can I sell my villa at any time?
Yes. Residents at Bribie Pines Island Village can sell their home at any time, provided of course that it is to someone 50+ years of age. Upon selling your villa, you (the seller) will retain all capital gains with no deferred management fees payable.


4. Are there any rentals allowed in the village?
No. Villas are for permanent residents only.


5. What title will I receive upon purchasing a villa at Bribie Pines?
Once you have purchased and moved in to your villa, you will be given a license agreement for the land that your home occupies.

Your weekly fees will contribute toward many things, such as:


7. Does Bribie Pines Island Village have storage facilities?
Yes. Bribie Pines does have limited boat and caravan storage at a minimal fee.


8. Is Bribie Pines pet friendly?
Bribie Pines does not allow pets. The Park Owner Policy is that dogs or cats are not allowed to reside on the premises with their owner.
